When I walked into this location I was tired and frustrated. There was only one woman working (Sharon I *think* I'm not positive though) but she was kind, explained to me the process and that it would take a little bit of time. She was able to cash the check for me and was very friendly and welcoming the whole time. Not once did she make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time or that she didn't want to be there. I hope you're able to figure out who she was (if not Sharon) because she deserves recognition. I will definitely refer people to you guys! Thank you!”

I am currently dealing with fraud on my credit card and they transferred me to the fraud department. While going through the automated line, it had me to input my credit card number. Fine, but then when I have someone on the line, I need to give them my WHOLE credit card number because they couldnt see any information. I am super confused cause I was given a case number FROM LOOKOUT and they should be able to look it up with that but I guess not nor would they want that information. Also i have been given different numbers for the fraud department to reach out if i have any questions. From the sounds of everything so far (and still dealing with fraud), lookout credit union does now have their own fraud department for this situation. I have recieved barely any help, just transfers between departments that keep giving different information. I also updated my mailing address and apparently it's not updated or the fraud department can't see it, but they can see my old address. So I am gonna have to wait until they open their office and give them a call to make sure my address is updated, also to make sure that i can get updates. Do not go through this bank at all, it's caused nothing but pain and misery.”
