Her attitude was that she really didn't want to help me. It was very clear that I could use help with moving the chair. At no time did she offer to help. Then she called someone over to train and never once explained what was going on. And then when I told several things she did wrong, she acted like who cares. They take their sweet time and do not call you back regarding loan approval or denial. I have to go out of my way to get an uncertain answer from them. When your seeking financing for something, time is an important factor. I understand there are underwriting processes and procedures that take time but this bank in particular has no care to communicate to you. This has happened twice to me, and has happened to close friends and family at this specific branch. Customer service and customer communication is everything with a business.”
