My grandfather passed away and my payment was a month behind and 1 day the night they came for my car without a warning. The towing company Didn’t want to give my children’s car seats we ended up calling the police . They literally don’t even want to give over my belongings in my car . Or my personal tag. they didn’t even send the letters this entire year to my address so some stranger had been getting my mail . They had the wrong address and everything this place is terrible and unprofessional. Obviously someone is not doing their job right . I wouldn’t recommend coming here they’re insensitive to your situation the manger Marcos said himself he hears story’s all the time like basically an eye roll . he could care less. I don’t want someone else going through something like this my little girl has hydrocephalus were constantly going back and forth to Atlanta for her neurologist doctor she’s only 2 years old she’s also autistic and had to go to therapy 3 times a week. I work two jobs and doordash on the side . They took my car and said if I wanted it back I would have to pay the remaining balance of $7,000 they’re crazy. This place does not care about you or your family don’t put yourself in this situation just go elsewhere. I promise you I never thought a place could be so cruel but they’re and the tow man they sent out was very unprofessional disrespectful and aggressive told me he had a weapon and showed me a fake badge said he was the one in Charge and that he decides if I get my car back or not. and recorded my family and I on private property . DO NOT GO HERE”

They got all the documents they stated they needed and had us come in to finalize everything. Went through the documents, signed, even took my card to upload the funds and then came back after the pictures stating they the vehicle had to be approved due to a dent (the application process or approval process never once asked about damages, paint, stickers etc) they called me and said they can no longer proceed because of the dent. Be cautious if using a vehicle for collateral and make sure you ask the questions before making a wasted trip! The staff is very unprofessional and Aly lied to me from the get go so I brought it up once we were in the office and her manager stated she told her to tell us the truth but she lied to get us in the office. This corporation does not care for there customers”
