    “Melissa that works at the St. George office had my car repossessed after being late only 5 days and communicating with her twice. I spoke with her the day prior letting her know I would be in to pay the loan and she said she would notate the account, yet my car was towed the next day. She tried to charge me 2 late fees in addition to the additional $500 it took to get my car from the tow company. This woman is a horrible person with no empathy of what people are going through in a pandemic. I requested to speak to management and always got the run around, was supposedly given an email to corporate and no one ever responded to my complaint. So I had no recourse but to come here. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and the state.”
