While chatting with coworkers one day, I put my finger on my engagement ring to spin it as I usually do while talking! I immediately realized that my diamond was gone! That ring has been on my finger 31 years, and I was extremely upset. I called my husband in tears while my coworkers looked for my diamond. Once the diamond was found, I didn’t know what to do next. Since we don’t have a traditional Jewelry store in town, I was trying to call jewelry shops in a neighboring town when a coworker said “Call Tom’s.” I had never thought of that, but after a quick call, I was at Tom’s with my ring and my diamond. A week later I proudly had my newly repaired, shiny diamond engagement ring back on my finger where it belonged! The folks were friendly and helpful and the service was superior! Thank you, Tom’s for all your help! (Jerri)

I have been with this bank about 3 years. I've always thought they did right by me until now. They have charged me $320 in nsf fees for PENDING items, that "fell off". When I called them to make sense of it they told me 1 item caused me to go negative, that the last charge that came in made me -$48. Please explain how that same day where one item made me negative I have $192 in nsf fees?! That makes 0 sense. Seems to me the problem is you all post the nsf fees at the open of each day and don't even show the deduction in the running tally, so I can't even tell when they were deducted. Wish yall would do right but apparently yall don't care about the little people because that's where you make the most money. Its a shame! For how long and how many people have yall done this too?! Edit: they are now working on the issue!
