She knows guns and ammo as good as anyone around. I have a very rare rifle that I could never find ammunition for. I had all but given up. I stopped in one day just to see what she had in the store. Got to talking with her and soon realized that her knowledge was incredible. Anyway a few weeks later I took my rifle in to show her. In no time at all she found the ammo on line for me. I was able to order it and now have it in my possession. If you haven’t been in this shop you a missing out. All of their merchandise is of good quality. I called the one in Gainesville because it is closer to me and I was inquiring about doing a loan with them. At first I called they said they will contact me back. A week goes by and I call to inquire again. Instead of being welcome with open arms here , I was told " why would you not go back to the other Lendmark instead of calling us here". FREAKING WOW! Keep in mind that I have good history with Lendmark and I also referred people to them. However this location did not want my business. No problem , I will not send anyone else to that location. Extremely Unprofessional and bad customer service. I think I will take their advice and stick with "my other" Lendmark location . Goes to show you may have to travel a distance for good customer service but it is indeed worth it!”
