I was never late on my payments, so I had 3k left on loan. My insurance company sent my lender and me a check to pay everything off. I MADE SURE TO CALL THEM, telling them the situation, and they said that they would take care of everything and that my account would be closed now that they had the check. 2 months later, I saw that my credit score dropped markedly because someone reported my account as delinquent. Luckily I have recorded my calls, and I expect to take action over this. I feel this is their attempt to ruin me so I can take out another criminal 30% interest loan that I did stupidly as a college student.”

They probably paid those people to give a good review about them. One day late, they come repo your car. They don't recieve over the phone payments and you always have to go to their office to make payments. And be very careful with cimmarron, try never to share any personal information with her or she will use it against you. Money is the game and they sure don't care about you and they are more interested in selling your car than receiving payments. Don't be deceived.”
