It has not been. They charge you $8 to pay your loan over the phone. Unless you have an account with them, which you have to have a minimum balance on or you have to pay extra... They dont give you an online option. I attempted to set up direct pay from my other credit union but that was also a problem. Then they close at 4pm because for some reason that is logical. They are the most greedy credit union I have encountered and I would rate Bank of America and Wells Fargo WAY higher. That's saying something because I have never liked banks. Take your money and credit elsewhere. This credit union does not care about its members.”
