This was not an example of a #happyclosing As a Realtor sellers’ look to us for suggestions as to what Title company to assist with closing. I would absolutely NEVER recommend using them. They were non responsive and replied or called back when they felt like it. I am not sure about Core title, but I tried to call them also but the number they have listed only went to a recorded voicemail with a name to email. The lawyers office deals in bankruptcy and foreclosure, so I can only assume that is how they get their title business!”
