So instead of working with me on $55 dollars she would make a deal… I will never step foot back in either one of there establishments again sad to say over an ignorant business decision on her end they loose a customer!”

After we wired all fees, our realtor called the day after and told us Heather who was handling the case gave us the wrong amount and it was actually another 850 bucks we needed to wire again. If that wasn’t enough after we closed we received a statement from the estate we purchased the property in stating that we owed monies for the transfer fees. We called and they said this title company NEVER contacted them and it looked as if we purchased the property without a title company involved. We are looking to purchase more properties and fix and flip homes and Never is an understatement when it comes to use Lake Wales Tile Company again! You guys are incompetent and inefficient! This review is edited! Brandon the owner of the company called my husband up personally to resolve these issues and we are jovial with the outcome! Thank You Brandon! And that’s why the statement Never say never is very true, your honesty and ability to be humble have changed our minds and we will be back to patronize your company again!”
