I went back yesterday and it was a completely different experience. I was told I was approved for $4000 and had to come into the office to sign. When I got to the office I was told I was only going to be able to get $3500 due to my income. Before I was handed my check I was asked to endorse a separate check that was presented to me upside-down so that I couldn't see the amount and then was quickly pulled away. After I left the office I reviewed my paperwork and discovered that the"secret" check was for $500 which meant that my loan was for the original about of $4000 but I only received $3500. There reasoning was that it was for a home and auto policy. I have canceled the policy and now have to wait 30 days for the $500 dollars to be refunded to me. Yes the process was easy and they were pleasant. Of course they were, they just want to get you a loan and charge you ridiculous amounts of interest. I wouldn't say I was desperate when I took the loan, I should have used better common sense. They like to call me once a month to let me know that "They are here for me". Of course you are. Not. I can't wait to be done with this loan, hoping to pay it off in full soon. Oh and Stop calling me.”

They have very minimal signage and don't block off parking lot for events. They wait for the lot to fill, then tow everyone, probably about 50 cars. Charge each vehicle over $330 to release. One driver said Elisa facilitates the whole thing and gets paid some cash (illegal). Cash only so then you have to use their ATM because you're stranded in the parking lot. Really messed up situation. Why am I surprised though, it's a bank. Cocoa needs to figure something out or stop throwing events where there isn't adequate parking.”
