    “Came in to sell some scrap silver. Their sign made it clear they were accepting silver. Then claimed they don't want silver as prices had dropped. They then undercut the value to pennies on the dollar. I had already done my homework and knew it's value and had a good idea on a fair price keeping in mind they need to make a buck too. The jewelry store across the street gave me a far better deal, just beware and do your homework before going into visit these people.”

    “The midflorida credit union in Arcadia has the absolute worst customer service experience, and terrible follow through with my wife and I. Their credit card company is very difficult to get a hold of. They don't back up their customers or listen to what the customers are asking for,, again no follow-up with customers. Both Departments the bank, and the credit card are consistently horrible for customer service care. We have left multiple messages for the bank manager Kelly and she does not return our calls. This is not the way to treat 😕 customers of your credit union.”

    “Running late to cash a handwritten buisness check the teller was able to register me to the system and cash the check before they closed. I would have expected her to be short and upset with me given the time frame before she was done for the weekend but, she was pleasant and helpful. She explained they could cash checks, do payroll, bill pay, anything a bank can do, they even offer a prepaid debit card. I will be switching from Suncoast to Cash Kwik for all my businesses financial needs.”
