A co-worker suggested Advance America, so what did I have to lose. I was greeted by two women with big smiles and both were so sweet and friendly! I told them what I needed and was out of there within a total of 7 mins! Wow, it was so convenient, parked right out side the door and was back to work within 15 mins!”- 3.7(8)901 Main St, Susanville, CA 96130, United States“The ATM took my cash deposit and did not process it. I called the number provided from the receipt to report the issue and in order to expedite the process the representative had instructed me to follow up the next day with the branch manager. I had done so and Megan, the branch manager, had slightly brushed me off but had told me she would look into it and follow up with me that day. It has been several days and I followed up with the representatives on the phone to update that I hadn’t heard back from the branch manager so they said they would follow up with her in order to get an answer. I have heard absolutely nothing and I am not pleased with how this is being handled/the fact that it isn’t being handled. Very unprofessional. Disappointed. RESPONSE TO REPLY: I DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THE PROCESS EXPLAINED AGAIN LARISA. I am well aware of what that process is, but the main point here is that I was told that a branch manager could expedite the process AND said branch manager that I did speak with has NOT gotten back to me as promised. There has been ZERO follow through and apparently you missed that point while reading what I wrote. It would be conducive to actually pay attention to the content before responding.”

The service member on the phone was not helpful and when a simple request of confirmation or proof of service, she said they do not provide email nor would something be mailed. This is a simple act of business that every liable company offers. Especially when it involves them getting a pay off of a $50k loan in one lump sum. Very happy to moving to a professional bank and away from Sierra Central. Branch employees in person have always been fine. Biggest issues are with phone service members and their interest rates and account fees are a joke , and the fact you can’t pay your loan pmt in person.!”

After reaching out to Chicago Title to correct the name and make my phone number the primary phone number so I could get the text verification to log into the e-signature I got a kinda rude response and no new e-signature login. After waiting 3 days I finally got a reminder to sign the E documents stating I only had three more days to sign them I tried to log in and guess what still under the incorrect name and incorrect phone number! At this point I called Chicago Title and spoke with one of their employees who was extremely rude and then hung up on me when I got annoyed because they could not complete such a simple task. When it came to the in person signing portion of the paper everyone was nice! Maybe just a bad employee or maybe she was just having a bad day. I don't know..”
