When it was finally my turn she scanned my checks and she first claimed that the checks were more than a year old! (Which they weren’t). Then I pointed out the date and then she claimed that the checks had already been cashed and took both of my checks and said she had reported them to her corporate. This lady kept coming up with excuses not to cash my checks. I asked to speak to the manager since I hadn’t cashed them and she claimed to be the manager and wouldn’t help me. I was treated like a criminal by this lady! I don’t understand why would this place would want to make her a manager (if she really is) if she’s going to treat customers very badly!”
