This home equity line “officer” Jon, refused an equity line of credit of only ($30K) and would not accept my rental unit (built in 1960) in Marin as income. I declare the income on my personal taxes! I have separate home owners insurance on it as well. I didn’t meet the “guidelines”, no phone call to discuss how to work with me, just a stupid little text. I sent him paperwork showing my tax records and the ROBOT couldn’t think outside the box! I’m disgusted with the bank, which use to have our backs as firefighters!!!! I’ve never missed a payment on anything, I pride myself in this very simple fact. I only have one truck payment and only one mortgage. Nothing else is outstanding, absolutely nothing!”

Tom is very helpful in explaining options and why you might choose one or the other. He takes time to explain things. Tom is very responsive to questions and requests. He is honest, hardworking, nice, and personable. He handles questions with grace and good humor. He goes the extra yard with customer service. You never feel like Tom is just trying to get you to transact. I think that when you work with Tom, you have peace of mind. At this point, if the same loan cost a little more with Tom than with another lender, I would go with Tom.”

Peter and the other team member was amazing. however today one of the team member JOSE was ruining not only my day but the whole great opinion that i have for one main. the moment i called the branch and he picked up with the Rudest tone like he doesn’t want to be there. then i talked about some of my arrangements on my account and issue for payment this month . he took the whole conversation by being not only unprofessional but also he made so many absurd response and comments about my personal life. first time ever one of the employee made me feel degraded and humiliated. he was not only try his best to not being helpful but also purposely make you feel unsafe having financial conversation with him.”

You can add cards but not delete them unless you call tally. They gave me a credit card that’s at 22.99%. With enough to pay off a higher balance card. What they didn't tell me is the payments for their card is twice what I was paying on the other card! So now I’m paying about $100 more per month than what I was. This is not saving me money. Then they started paying cards that I already had auto pay on so then there were double payments! There is very little information on how it works and how to use it.”

She is without at doubt one of the best Escrow Officers in San Francisco. But after the last miracle she pulled off, I just had to write a review. On this deal, the documents came into title at one minute before 5:00 PM, on the day that we had to have the documents signed, which was a Friday. The documents were signed by 7:15 PM, two hours later, at the clients house! Gerrie, her team, and the staff in the office are truly amazing. I cannot recommend her more highly.”
