I gave her everything they asked of us on a Friday and told us she wouldn't have an answer until the Tues of the following week. She asked us for more stuff I provided it immediately. She never called me back. I emailed her the following hoping that I had given her sufficient time to look in to our loan and to this day she has NOT responded to my email nor has she called me to at least let me know that we didn't qualify. I find it extremely not only unprofessional but heartless to give a family hope especially in these hard times and not even respond or have the courtesy to let us know the status.”
