    “Yesterday I went to close my account with Alta one. The lady behind the desk stated that what ever issues they were having before , shouldn’t persist any more because they are under new management. I insisted that i just wanted to close my account and continue my services else where. The teller then purposely inconvenienced me by writing me a check instead of giving me cash to close out my account. I told her I would like the cash and her response was “well I don’t have any”. I can’t cash the check with Alta one because , you guessed it , I don’t have an account with them anymore. So now if I go somewhere else to cash this check, I will be charged a fee to cash it, the amount of money issued on the check will be less than what I would have left with If they gave me cash. This place has always given me the run around when it came to resolving different issues , wounding recommend anyone to bank here.”
