    “I asked about a car loan over the phone. Operator confirmed that I need to provide SSN, proof of income and proof of identity (passport in my case). Upon arrival to the office, I had a talk with a loan officer for 20 seconds. He asked for a California driver's license, and when I said he only had an international driver's license (issued by another country), he simply said he couldn't approve a car loan. I asked why the person on the phone had not given me this requirement. He said "have a nice day" and fell silent. Very bad customer experience. I just spent money for a taxi and get the information that can be provided over the phone in other places. Please take care that you have all information before visiting the office.”
