3.2(10)13465 Poway Rd, Poway, CA 92064, United States“Thirty year member. Made a deposit. I was advised the majority of the funds would not be available until eight days later. Why does MFCU need to hold my money so long? With today's technology, it is not clear why they want to hold my money. Must be beneficial to them to hold that long. The reason I was given is that is their policy. No other explanation is provided. I did call the manager, Gabriel in Poway. He said it was the MFCU policy and nothing could be done. When I asked to speak to his manager, he said the issue stopped with him. I did send an e-mail to both CEO Debra Schwartz and COO Robert Miller. I have yet to get a response from anyone at MFCU. If my business was really important (By the way, this is the typical response from MFCU on another review site listing the same issue I encountered) is sent to everyone with a negative review), my concerns would have been addressed rather than dismissed. I did notice a similar review with the same issue as mine where MFCU provided the same "We value your loyalty/membership" Unfortunately, they are meaningless words....”
