    “The manager on duty lied to me. Went there to deposit an old check I had, the manager told me she wouldn't accept it because there's a federal law against accepting checks more than 6 months old. According to the internet in my pocket, that is a lie. It's not law, it's discretionary. Then I asked her if it was true that a check can be written on anything as long as it's got the required information on it, such as a deposit slip, which I happen to know is true, and she said no it wasn't true. Really? So she's either lying or ignorant. Either way she's not qualified for her job. I love RCU but the help at this branch are jerks. I've had accounts with RCU for 30 years, I currently have 2 there. Never been treated like this. She could have accepted it but she chose to give me a hard time instead.”
