Last straw was getting a call to sign to finalize a loan that they said they approved and then getting there and finding out they didn't approve. Not mad so much I didn't get the loan at the time but that they told me that everything was good and come to sign when that was not true. A simple sorry would of gone a long way but instead they were annoyed with me. lots of other banks out there would not recommend this one.”

First they told us the title looked great then after our officer went on vacation called me back told us that we needed to have some bonds. Understandable. After seemingly no movement for 2 weeks I called to inquire to the manger about what was taking so long. He took the case over. He is semi-retired and only works 3 days a week. After a total 5 weeks of the bond agency and them arguing back and forth a lot, and them not making forward progress we decided to move title companies. Overall a huuuuuge waste of time. I'm sure if you have a perfect sale they would be a great company but any turbulence and it sent them straight in to a tailspin.”
