The customer service was exemplary, I would just recommend going elsewhere if you have somewhat decent credit. One main financial is okay, if you have the means to pay off the loans early. Besides that you're going to be paying them twice the amount of the loan you got. The customer service is excellent though.

From beginning to end, horrible experience. Was pressured to use this company from the buyer's agent. Fran and Judy were absolutely not professional. We asked Judy for a preliminary ALTA, it was horribly wrong, and when we called her to discuss, she stated "I only put the numbers in, you will need to speak with Fran". I finally called Fran the next day and she did take care of the errors in the sheets. Unfortunately, our buyers did not get approved for their loan after 60 days of waiting, and I wrote Fran that I would be disputing the return of their earnest monies, since we left 3 days prior to closing and nothing had been mentioned. We even extended the closing for a week and at 5 pm the day before the extended closing the lender denied their loan. I was trying to explain to her that with the added expenses of moving and the simple fact that the Closing Disclosure needed to go out 3 days before closing, which is law, we were entitled to their earnest money. She just kept repeating, "yeah, yeah" as I was speaking. She made the situation even more unpleasant for us. I would recommend you chose your title companies carefully; I did not feel that they were professional or extremely responsive to our needs. Guess since they had a prior relationship with the Buyer's agent, that is where their loyalties were. With the competition that is out there for title agencies, I will make sure that I will never use Pioneer again!

Dont do it I warn you Dont do it Their Rates are terribly ridiculously high for no reason high The loan is also at a long term which in turn makes you pay way more than what the loan was for. Monthly payments are extremely high. I warn you dont do it
