Had cables to jump start it and popped the hood and there was no battery. They covered the battery and we noticed that the radio was gone . When we told them they said the vehicle was locked the whole time. But half of the key was stuck in ignition and there was zero way to lock the car. So if it was locked like they said than I wouldn't have been able to open the car door with the lady standing right there. Don't recommend anyone taking their stuff to them. Didn't even want to give it a star but they did get a new battery. They wouldn't check the cameras or anything they told me that some guy went back there and they allowed him to go thru cars.”
