I just left there and no smile from the teller and was asked to prove I banked there which has never happened to me at any other branch I visit. The difference is apparent especially after doing business with the bank on Sunset and on Elm Springs Rd. At these two branches they are extremely helpful and very friendly with big smiles and a wonderful attitude. I won't go back to the Lowell location even though it's closer to my house. The difference in comparison of the Lowell location to every other branch is just startling! Understaffed, I watched as customers backed up out of line because the wait was so long. This seems to be a management problem. I hate that this one location brings down the reputation of the locations that excel in customer service. What a pity. I hope they can fix this, until then I go out of my way to avoid the Lowell branch.”
