Most recently, I made an appointment online almost 2 weeks ago, and today, the day before the appointment, I receive an email saying it's cancelled. No reason. No phone call to reschedule. Just an email with no explanation. I'd rather drive to Little Rock than visit this branch again.”

This would be okay 15 years ago, but everything is done online or through mobile payment now. You would think they would have digital online cards or temporary ones until the real one comes in or at least have rush shipping on them. Why make your customer wait a week and a half to be able to use the checking account they opened? If I can order an Amazon package and have it be delivered the next day, I should be able to open an account and have a card within 3 days…”
