I went to the branch and their Branch Manager told me now I have to wait 10 days for them to resolve the issue. She also lacked any kind of customer service skills necessary to run a bank, just plain rude. I closed my account and will never bank with Columbia Bank again. They are arrogant and just don’t care about their customers. I am still waiting on them to send me the money they took from me. If you value your money I would think twice about using the Depoe Bay Columbia Bank location.”
