      I really like Wright-Patt I've really been able to save money and they have helped me in many ways when it came to get Nathan a personal loan when I needed it for my new refrigerator.

      Always great fast and more importantly very friendly service. The first bank to always always have my money at the correct amount...unlike one bank I wont mention but has (numbers in the name) every month that bank had to credit my account $25-$35 becauae I would balance my bank statement and it was always under. I've been with WPCU for about 10 yrs now. They will protect your money and treat you like family and always go the extra mile to help. Thanks WPCU ! 😃🖐 Sincerely, Jessica F. Fairborn, Ohio To the post from the man who is upset becauae the lobbies are closed, Well I was upset about that as well. There are sum WPCUS' That have drive up to the ATM ( which I know you don't like), but there are some banks that still have the drive up (human) tellers that you can actually see thru the glass right infront of you. They also have them vacume containers for people who need documents. Its just as good as going inside. Or you can call them and make an appointment if you really need to go inside....I hope this helps.

      I typically have a great experience when I go into a Wright Patt Credit Union, and this location is no exception. However, the woman that has helped me the last 2 times I came in has been seriously lacking in Customer Service. I am a Customer Service/Sales trainer for the company I work for, so I pride myself in excellent customer service. She may be newer because typically I see a friendly familiar face, and I do not recognize her. But she is very cold, not willing to assist or find answers, short, and just overall rude. I was not impressed with my most recent visit.

      i have several business accounts, and my personal account at WPCU. Kendra Hess helped me get set up in a timely fashion and even assisted me and my bookkeeper in making sure every cent was accounted for in my organizations. I highly recommend talking to Kendra if you are looking to set up a business checking account.

      Favorite location to be quite honest. The employees are very personable and polite. It is always clean, and i LOVE the coin machine. Especially because it’s free to use as a member. The only advice or change I’d like to see is upgrading their drive through ATM’s to be able to withdraw $5 at a time instead of $20. Oh and please fix the pothole in the drive thru.

      I used mobile deposit for the first time after being with WPCU for several years. I received an email a couple hours later stating my check was accepted. I looked on line at my account and it said 200 would be available the following day and the remainder the day after. I proceeded to schedule some bill payments for the following day after my account said the money would be available. When the money didn’t become available the day it still says it would be on my account I called to check on the issue. The lady told me the money would be available the following morning. I waited until noon and it still was not available. I called WPCU again and they told me there is a 7 day hold . They placed the hold the day I called in when the full amount was supposed to be available. Not from the deposit date . My bank account still says the full funds will be available two days ago. This is very misleading and inappropriate for the bank to trick people into non sufficient fund fees . And the embarrassment of a returned check. Very disappointed with the lack of personal service and consideration. DON’T BANK AT WPCU . They have gotten too large and lost that personal touch . This check was from my retirement account and was not hand written. No reason for a 10 day hold . I have never deposited or bounced a check before. I would recommend going to a smaller credit union with shared banking if they don’t have enough locations.

      What is up with this bank lately.. wont open the lobby even though people have to wear mask and there is plexiglass everywhere. Would rather waste peoples time in a drive thru.. ( yes I know use the ATM) sorry when you have a buisness account it doesn't work like that.. now almost every single day I Log into their APP, there is something wrong or there is a issue.. get it together, I know your company could care less about peoples time, you stopped caring a long time ago and only think about the profits your board members are making..VERY SAD.. GET IT TOGETHER and BE THE BANK YOU USED TO BE!!!!

      During this pandemic it would be nice to not have ppl have to touch the same plastic container that is sent to the front as everyone else touching unless you're cleaning them as they come in. And to have to wait in a long line and not have signs put up to let you know what you can't do for us would have been nice versus wasting my time just to get up there and be told you are unable to perform shared branches when comes to paying a loan. Why would you suspend something like that and not make us aware via email. You have signs on where to enter but no sign to let ppl know what you can not do at this time. Very disappointed and the lack of making things as transparent and smooth for us long time customers during something that is beyond our control.

      I have been a member for over 15 years. I have never felt like less of a member until yesterday. I’ve always bragged, promoted, recommended WPCU. I’ve always felt the value as a member ...up until yesterday. The person I spoke with Saturday was very rude, condescending, and could careless of the situation that occurred. The delivery and her approach during my time of need was appalling unacceptable and non-representative of WPCU standards. I am seriously considering changing credit unions. She stated she was being transparent and if that’s the representation of WPCU, I am highly disappointed. She was very crass and lacked customer care. I am left wondering why I do I bank with WPCU? I could see if I was disrespectful...but I wasn’t.
