Lack of communication. These small loan places are a scam.

Always friendly; never overbearing. Will work with you if you are on hard times just have to keep in touch and love their decor.

Needs a zero star Will never use them again filed my taxes with them and they use there bank account and my stimulus check was deposited into there account April 15th and they refused to give it to me said they was going send it back to IRS so they screwed there self because until I receive it they will not get any money out me period for my loans or anything

Great customer service, and a very friendly staff overall just a great place to get a loan from with good/low pay back options.

Idk how they run a business because they will not even answer the phone I mean isn't that how the company makes $ but if you're late on your loan they WILL call at least 5 times a day and when you try to call them right back guess what they won't answer but 2 hrs later and they will call again and then I try to call them right back guess what again yep they would not answer again after 30 calls for about a hr straight

Very nice people and very compassionate about helping people starting their their fresh credit as they get older.

They have always been quick to help me and always understanding of situations that might arise.
