Not only did the appraiser use the wrong property plat when appraising our home (thus delaying the escrow process) but Lisa misspelled my sister’s name on the escrow papers, thus creating ANOTHER delay. If that weren’t enough, she made the check out to the wrong person. Giving this incompetent person one star is too generous !

As a realtor, I will stay far away from this company. My buyer was unable to purchase a property and had to cancel escrow. This company charged him a full fee to cancel. For an escrow company to do this is just bad business. My client was already in a stressful financial situation and then gets hit with the huge fee. He is being coerced into signing this form or they will keep his entire deposit.

Angella has the best attitude and customer service, she is one of the nicest, sweetest, and beautiful title rep. She always answers the phone politely and full of energy, always able to work around my schedule.She is a hard and humble worker. She also always has the CUTEST shoes. Her customer is OFF THE CHARTS, PURELY IMPECCABLE. Truly an amazing woman!
