Blove69 Colman1I'm bored boy one star crossed the boar or they say it's hard to deal with a finance company especially this 1 in the state of California because they break all the rules but stay in business. My original loan wasn't thrown in but the finance company I was with soda Malone the worst sustained they could ever did but I understand is about making money. Are you calling about a problem. Let's have some issues with the principal and address with the last 2 payments and it seemed like I was paying more interest on the last 2 payments than I was when I was paying the other 58 payments. This is when people does rate known one star at a time need to take him to call the Better Business Bureau on a real tall. No rocket scientist and I have done business classes and haven't one star is bad for business no good in that at all.

Crystal Hurt1Worst company ever. They get no stars in my book. I called them and told them I was out of for 2 weeks because of covid and that I would have to work 2 weeks before I would get paid to them I would pay weekly to make that month's payment. I said that's fine made my payments 2 weeks after my payment they repo the car for $400 and tell me i can get the car back unless I pay $10,000 the rest of my loan. My loan didn't even start with them . I was having no problems till this company took over my loan from the original loan company. 2 yrs into my loan and now I have no car no way to get to work, no way to get around with my child. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you see there name run far far away .They don't care about you or helping you at all . Its useless trying to talk to a manager or supervisor they don't try to help at all. The customer service here is horrible.

Lindsey Roberts1I talked to them a week ago and told them I would be able to make the payment this Monday. I was behind due to covid 19. I am one payment behind and I was just woken up by my roommate and told they repoed my car! This company is complete trash! I would not recommend them to anyone! When I talked to them on the phone I was told it would be fine and it would be noted in my account. Obviously it was not noted in my account and they repoed my car anyways! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was transferred to them years ago and I am not sure why. Run far far away from this company and do NOT do business with them!

Andrew Crawford1Worst experience ever! I was trying to pay my loan off with this company. I had 3 separate people tell me that it was paid off to only get a cancellation notice right after I spoke to them. Got 3 separate confirmation numbers. They charge more than 30 days interest in a month. 40 to be exact. It should be illegal for anyone to operate like this. This company should be shut down for predictory lending practices.

Barry Rankin1This is the biggest scumbag company I’ve ever had to work with. Most of the customer care people are super nice. And I feel bad they have to work for this place. Their policies and procedures have to be against the law in some way. They rob you monthly. I didn’t ask for this company to buy my loan from my former company. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, you are warned!

K1The absolute worst finance company around, my car loan was transferred to Westlake, not my choice and it turns out that they are a subprime lender while I am not a subprime customer, all payments made on time and I'm being told an additional $667.43 is being added to my principle balance for late or unpaid interest. I discovered this while trying to pay off my vehicle. Class action lawsuit coming for sure.

Jhon Orlando Hernández Mota1They should be shut down, I didn't start my loan with them and never had a problem until they took my account, now I have 1 year without the registration of my car because they never answer none of the emails, letter and faxes that I send. But the funny part is they don't have a good comunicación between them because if you can talk to someone and that one don't know what to do, try to talk with someone else (supervisor) and never get it. And if you get transferred to another department they never pick up the phone. This is BAD BUSINESSES

Lowen Tadena1West lake is the absolute worst!!! I was just trying to get a simple letter stating that they had no more interest in my vehicle since it had been paid in full. I have been on the phone with them now for at least 4 hours only for them to send me the same information 4 different times. The titles department is unreachable. -1 out of 10 would not recommended.

E.A Caraballo1I had my vehicle registered last year in 2021 in a new state just to find out this year when i went to register it again that the state dmv never received the title from the company. Meaning i cant get to and from work. Cuz the state wont let me register it untill they get a physical copy of the title!! Like how in the world is that my problem this company throws hoops and gives me fake numbers they need to be legally closed for good ita ridiculous!!

Carolina Correa1Awful company, can never reach anyone equipped to help unless it’s to make a payment. I’m being charged for insurance gap waiver on my car and have emailed proof of insurance, have called MULTIPLE times on MULTIPLE days, back to back, all to speak to SEVERAL different people who keep transferring me all over the place, until they disconnect just you. None of my emails have been answered, none of their agents can help… PREDATORY is what I call this company, BAD BUSSINESS, and I will be reporting to BBB.
