Ashley Santoni1I recived a letter in the mail that they sent me saying they sent a cheek how ever I never recived the cheek so the letter states to send back the letter for a new cheek to b mailed back out however I misplace the letter to send back I called to see what I need to do get the cheek sent out they said I need they letter I told them I misplace it they said well nothing we can do about it

Steve Jeanpierre1Horrible service. I ask to speak to a supervisor to see why I'm paying so much money they refused to answer my question. Every time you make a payment nothing go to you principle balance fee they keep half of it. This is just crazy.

Adam Dodd3Good service the only thing I have a problem with is that for the last 3 years of my loan they didn't report anything for my credit report or my wife's and made us jump throw hoops to get it all taken care of and we still haven't seen anything on our credit reports so sorry but won't use you again thank you for making my credit worse
