      The worse bank ever in CO. Customer service suck. Am cancelling my accounts with them.Public service credit union rocks I been with then for 6 years and they always take good care of me. 0 stars if I could.....

      Really unfortunate I closed my other bank account to make Westerra my primary bank. I will be fixing that soon. Cannot access my account, nor can I get anyone on the phone. It is 2pm, but that means I've reached them outside of regular business hours. 24 hour system is non-existent.

      Tried calling to get a credit called and multiple times they hung up on me. Would not recommend banking with these guys. Not professional & disrespectful. I’d give these mf’s negative stars if I could >: (

      Don't apply for car loan or refinance if your car is worth less than loan amount. Automatic denial! I waited a week to find all info out. Took several calls to company to see why application took so long. Don't waste your time
