Ask yourself.. do I want to give my money to a "bank" who's leadership has had to testify in front of the senate MULTIPLE times about stealing, over charging and lying to customers... Heck no. Wells Fargo shouldn't even be allowed to operate.. I encourage you to do a simple google search about all the unscrupulous actions this so called "bank" as done. Do yourself a favor and choose any of the other 12 banks in this town... MVFCU, MAC federal and Alaska USA are all excellent options. If you need additional facts.. please see this recent quote from the United States Chairmen of the Banking committee (Senate)... "The Democrat in charge of the Senate Banking Committee is not happy with Wells Fargo....In a letter on Tuesday, the committee’s chairman, Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio, demanded that Wells Fargo once and for all address its governance, risk management and hiring practices — weaknesses that have plagued the bank for almost a decade" I dont think there is anything more to say... STAY AWAY!!!

I love my bank. They are always so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this bank for anyone who is looking for a bank to come here.

Literallly every other bank is open on saturday. Both locations in wasilla closed sat and sun. Garbage.

Closing at 5pm weekdays is not convenient or practical if one has a day job. Saturday hours are too short. Expensive for what you get in return. Understaffed counter and always trying to push transactions to web page but high dollar transactions need to be done in person per WF policy.

Closing at 5:00pm is really inconvenient. If I can't make it Fridays I think "no problem I'll take care of my banking Saturday", well that's been a failure, they always seem to be closed on Saturday, their website says their open,when I show up, closed! Very disappointing.

I used to use Wells Fargo. Back in 2016 when I first register in Kansas City I used to go to the bank often and always had a good experience. Since I've moved back to Alaska I use AKUSA as my bank of choice but I did like Wells Fargo the staff were always ready to serve and never had a bad experience.

The ATM ate my check, they deposited it anyways but then withdrew the $ days later, saying they never found the check. I want my check back or my $. This is also 2 weeks after the fact, and will take another 15 days for the claim to process....

I always experienced good and courteous costumer service there. One time they brought new hire, who was outright rude, her rudeness was brought to management attention and it looks like that person was retrained and doing just fine.Free Wi-Fi, cookies, water or coffee, while you are waiting in line ,is definitely a plus.

The staff at the Wasilla branch has worked wonders from me to send money all over the world when I need it. They have always went the extra mile when it comes to customer service, I send bank transfers to purchase property in Florida and use a branch there to collect my rents; they have always treated me with respect and have bent over backwards to send bank transfers to Costa Rica when I needed it they handle my LLC and Investment accounts for me and are always just a phone call away.

I would give half the people at the counter zero stars. They would rather sit behind the counter doing nothing than send a fax for me that is due tomorrow. The receiver closes in 13 minutes.
