      I went in and told them I would like to start an account with them, there was three of them just standing around doing nothing with two more back in the office with nothing to do. They told me the wouldn’t be able to do that for me today even though the were open for 3 more hours and that I’d have to make an appointment. I said ok no problem so they made an appointment for me at 11 the next day. I drive up at 11:05 and the doors are locked there’s nobody inside. Guess they decided they wanted an extra long lunch break. Now I’m going to have to make another “appointment” just to open an account which is honestly ridiculous. I don’t understand how a bank could be just so lazy. Sadly I had to give them one star, there was no option for 0.

      Let me start by saying I have lived all over the U.S. in the past 30 years and have been a member at no less than 9 different banks. I like to have a local branch to be able to do business while most of my banking is done elsewhere. The biggest problem I have with this branch is the atm. I see responses saying you can do banking through the atm, while that is very true, good luck with this one ever working. I have been here for 3 years now and it has gotten really bad lately. I am not sure what the problem is, but every time I see a maintenance fee on my account, even if it's returned, all I think about is not being able to use the features of the bank that I became a member for. I have already moved two of my income sources from this bank and will be removing my last one and closing my account. I am very disappointed with this branch.

      This bank is rediculouse on service time. They need to open the doors and let people come Inside. The wait times in the drive through are far to long, current situation...been waiting in the drive through line fore over 20 minutes....was only the third car back in this line and couldn't get out to leave because I had cars behind me.

      Lacking professionalism and business skills. I've have been banking there for 25 years. When a problem occurred, I was spoken to inappropriately, & treated unkindly. The bank is in a great location and has many great tellers, new management would Make it GREAT again!

      Idk what was going on this past Friday, but they were trying to close 15 minutes early. My husband left work 30 minutes early to deposit his check, and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully when he showed up at 4:45. What email address??

      Do not Bank with this institution, not only do their policies contradict what they tell you and state, but they continue to make "mistakes" and try to make the customer pay. Customer service is horrible. I would definitely check the BBB and look at the 987 unresolved customer issues they have.

      I have banked with us bank for years, but this location is terrible! I have been treated with disrespect and just rude in general almost every single time I have been here.

      Been with this bank 20 years. Wouldnt go anywhere else. If you have problems with your checking or a freak accident they will work with you as long as its not a frequent issue.
