I've been very pleased with Turnkey Business Solutions services. Right off the bat, I liked Wynn's style & transparency. When he emailed me about the Restaurant Revitalization Fund over a year ago, I thought at first it was some sort of a scam. Then I looked it up and it was for real! Really appreciated the fact he gave it to me straight--in his public service announcement, he said it was something I could do myself and told me not to hire his firm to apply. He even laid out the steps for me to get a head start. That was really refreshing, and a good step toward me deciding to do business with them to apply for the "payroll rebates" aka the employee retention credits. After several months, the checks have finally arrived! Wynn is obviously an expert at what he does, but also the customer service has been second to none. Turnkey is also well-connected to other excellent business service providers, and I was able to quickly get clarity in a complex business matter. Wynn also recently gave me some great payroll company recommendations. No question I'd definitely recommend Turnkey to any business owner looking for ERC of course and business consulting in general. This is a long overdue review for Turnkey & the work they've done for us on the Employee Retention Credit. We've received dozens of these tax rebate checks by now, and it's all thanks to Wynn's crew's help & support. Wynn's very patient, organized, and has a knack for explaining complex matters. Wynn is simply AMAZING - I have told him that on more than one occasion & I'm so appreciative of his help. When the IRS processed some of our erc checks incorrectly, the Turnkey team was quick to catch this & address this by calling the IRS for a resolution the very same day.
