Closed on our home in May 2022 with much help from the team at Community Lending of America. Jeremy Marks and his team were a pleasure to work with during the entire process of buying a home with my wife. He was able to answer all of our questions happily (we had many as first time home owners), and never seemed annoyed. I wasn't even in the same state during the whole process but Jeremy and his team kept us updated and made sure everything went smoothly. Jeremy was always available for a quick call or text and he explained the different fees associated with purchasing a home and the next steps involved which I really appreciated.
