Half the people I talk to are beyond rude. All are ineffective. How can you make it so hard for your customers to give you their money? Edit: I'd like to petition Google to allow me to make ratings lower than one star.

Terrible wait times, lack of customer service, and when did it become the standard to hire people who are beyond difficult to understand due to language skills?
