This closing took place on August 30 of 2018. I myself sat with the buyer for the signing. The closing was closed in accordance with the contract. The buyer was placed in title exactly as the contract read. The closing went smoothly and there was not a conversation at the closing about changing the title. On September 7th the buyer contacted my office requesting a change in title. My office requested that the buyer send a copy of the trust name exactly as it appeared so they could reach out to the attorney in my office to assist him in the change. We never received that information. The buyer did call our office and as my processor was attempting to help him either the call was disconnected or the purchaser hung up. She attempted to call him back but he did not answer the phone. We did not hear again from him until a negative review as posted almost 8 months after the closing. I personally called the buyer to see if there was something I could help with but despite my multiple attempts he said he did not need our help. As President of the company I take reviews very seriously. My company does their very best to make all clients completely satisfied with the closing experience.
