      Received another call today from ARS, same story. I cut him off and told him I wasn't entertaining any further conversations regarding this paid (twice) account. He said that he has been hearing the same thing from others, that accounts have been paid and why are they still showing the debt as open. I do know this much, overseas company or not, I will be contacting the Texas Attorney General's office and I will be contacting my attorney... as what they are doing is illegal and they are taking advantage of loads of people. Be careful, folks. TitleMax does not think twice about scamming you out of your money.

      Title Max did me dirty I paid of my title loan online last week the 24 of June then waited to get my title back today July 5 I called them they said oh you have to sign a release them go to DMV and pay for it .all because they didnt do there job when I paid it off they could of called me and state that's what I need to do but nothing .thank for nothing your little piece of paper that I signed releasing my title knowing DMV couldn't help me till Monday because it's Friday and they DMV also won't do there job will never go back to them
