Because Tonya is the first friendly face you see when you walk in and she always greets me by my name and with respect, it’s as if they’re your family. And the loan process is quick and easy. Then I love the fact that if they can’t get you the amount you ask for, she works with you and get you close as she possibly can, and in my book that’s a plus because we all know how nasty the other places like this are.
