If ever you need a notary that's the place to go, the lady whom I saw very polite very professional. That's a five-star company all the way.

The closing was so easy. The notary met us at my office, and we just sat and signed all the documents. There were a few days between the closing and the payoff date, which resulted in us receiving a past due notice on the old loan- but I called Carrington and they verified that it was all settled. Other than that, it was an easy refinance.

The closing agent showed up on time, was very courteous and well prepared. She was very professional in her demeanor and knew what she was doing. She did an excellent job. God bless.

I was satisfied with the speed of service and ability to show up and finalize my refinancing. I do feel the $10 charge for the electronic transfer of funds is not deserved.
