My personal experience working with the escrow officers at the Ticor Title Escrow office on Fleet Street, Carlsbad has been amazing. The ladies are always accommodating, take pride in their profession & clearly love what they do.

We used Ticor Title when we closed on the sale of our home in Carlsbad a couple of weeks ago (June 29, 22). Kathryn "Kae" Evans was wonderful to work with. She was highly knowledgable and professional. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to calls, text messages, and emails. She even helped to make sure the funds being transferred to our title company in Kentucky was handled smoothly. The whole experience was positive and and professional. I would have given Ticor Title 6 stars, if that were an option!

I cannot say enough about Linda Villa and her amazing team. They are not only extremely professional, responsive, capable and knowledgeable, they are friendly and incredibly easy to work with. They are a cut above the rest and I would recommend them to anyone. I just had a transaction for close family members and knew I could count on them to do a stellar job, which of course they did.
