Ticor Title Ne 7th St, Grants Pass

After closing, I received tax bill for the previous owner. This should have been caught in escrow, this is what your paid to do. The manager states they have never seen this before. Really? And they have never followed thru as promised. I should be reimbursed these funds, their error.

Great title company fast and efficient.

This is our second time using Ticor and they have been great. They are both professional and personal. I would use them again. Would love for things to move faster but that is the way things work with this process.

The employees need a course on customer service and care. Communication was lacking. Calls were not returned.
