I am writing this as a warning. I have been taking pristine movies to this place for the past few years. Never had a issue with any of the employee's. They have been extremely nice, but if you walk in and see the long haired hippie guy. Turn around and walk out. He will rip you off. He's the only one who will give you less than the worth for your items. Only had to deal with him twice. The first time, I took my merchandise and walked out. The second time, I took the offer, and I'm giving this honest review. Deal with this guy at your own risk. It's unfortunate how one employee can have a negative ripple in a business.

Jesse is a kind sweet soul that I've visited a few times for an aura picture and mini reading. Such great information she has to share and/or remind us of. What a special hidden gem in the heart of Red Bluff. It's definitely a go-to place whenever I'm in town. 10/10 would recommend 👌.

Oh where to start most of the people that work here are some of the best people friendliest people you'll ever meet.from the very first time I set boots inside ,I felt relaxed and welcome 😁.if you haven't been to visit you should go.they are fair and most honest .only one in there is a little shady

Jessie is amazing! She helped me herself and she is the owner. I had a ton of junk jewelery and she stopped what she was doing and came over and helped me herself. And she gave a very fair price for things i thought werent worth anything at all. I love this place

These guys are the last vestige of what was a financial norm back in the day . Before credit cards and big loans. When people had hard cold green cash money. They bought things outright after they scrimped and saved to make ends meet and still managed to buy a home and a family car and near the end of the month when things got tight ,they didn't go to the bank. They took an item of value they owned outright and pawned it untill they could pay it back after they got paid. the sting of whatever unexpected expenses they had to cover was about gone when they were able to make that payment to get their item out of hawk and didn't have credit card debt or any of that modern jazz. These guys treat you right ,with respect and give you the best price they're able to give and still cover their bills. I pawned a ring my wasband gave me,the only thing he ever bought me just because he loved me . No holiday or birthday ,just because he wanted me to have it. It's the only piece I kept when we divorced after 18 years. I was late by a week coming up with the money to pay the loan but I had contacted them and explained my situation and for a small fee they allowed me the time I needed to get the money rounded up. I haven't had to pawn anything since but if I'd did I'd use them in a heartbeat. I know this is a really long review so I'll sum them up with one word for you ; INTEGRITY. ... They have it , their prices are great and they negotiate. Patronize them frequently.

After just going through a painful experience, I went into Gold Exchange to sell my wedding ring. I was greeted by a great staff, and was given a very fair price. Jessie the jeweler was so kind and comforting. Thank you for a great experience!

I love shopping at the Gold Exchange and staff has always been helpful and courteous. Jessie has an amazing selection of metaphysical jewelry, gifts, and products as well as a great selection of more traditional jewelry in every price range. Cary crafts beautiful, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces that always bring compliments, and not only does flawless repairs but also customized pieces. The jewelry side also features many beautiful crystal stones and jewelry for both men and women, as well as crystal singing bowls and drums. The pawn side is always busy and a wide variety of merchandise is neatly displayed, and always in working order and clean. The stuff tries hard to work with everyone who brings pawnable items to them, and they also buy gold and coins at fair market prices....way better than those one-day buying events that pop up in the area. Jessie is one of the most generous, caring people I have ever met, chairing many community fund raisers and contributing to others. She gives back to the community every day through her involvement in service and charitable groups, and always reflects a positive attitude. She gets an A++++ in my book!

I have been to this pawn shop many times over the years. Always friendly staff. Jessie is ver nice. They all seem very knowledgeable. Me and my daughter made good money selling old jewelry. :) my kids like the prices on used dvds and video games .
