TD Bank Street Rd, Bensalem

Wire transfer usually takes 15-20 minutes. Amber took AN HOUR and a half and still, she made 3 errors. She was not familiar with what she was doing and wanted to kick me out. I escalated it to Adriane, the store manager, WOW, I never met a banker as RUDE as Adriane. Adriane is super horrible, thanks for impressing me by such a bad way.

This bank doesn’t follow its own hours, the door says they close at 2pm Sunday but are closed before 1:30

Charged me ten dollars to cash a check! I used to bank with them years ago and they would always always steal from my bank account with unexplainable mystery fees now they charge ten dollars to cash their own TD bank checks! This bank is absolutely disgusting and trash. I bank with chime now since 2016 and never had any mysterious fees stolen from my account the way td.does.

I recently moved to the area, and wanted to open an account at TD as it’s close to my house and I’ve had a few new friends recommend this bank. While waiting to open my account, I witnessed the store manager verbally abusing 2 of her employees in her office. Clearly this woman believes her office is sound proof, but unfortunately it is not. I sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes without help listening to her yell and scream at these poor workers. It was awkward, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. After talking to a few of the friends I have who bank here, I’ve come to find this is a regular thing to find her insulting, screaming and belittling her employees. I refuse to bank or associate myself with a company that allows their employees to be treated as such. I notice the name of Elizabeth Mertes on the wall titled the store manager. Elizabeth- you should be ashamed.

Wow, America's Most Convenient Bank, they are NOT. I was in line at the drive thru, clock struck 4pm and they closed. They told everyone in the line.. closed, sorry. I think it is time to pull my accounts and go to another institution. They really have gone down hill!

Lisa is most bitter TD BANK employee i seen in my life! She doesnt care about customer absolutely after had conversations with her i went to close my bank account on td bank. I couldnt make zero on negative rating. She deserve -10 rating for her attitudes!!!

This is an amazing bank. They have employees who speaks different languages which makes it easier for us customers who do not speak English well. Employees here always welcome you with a big smile. I like that they open a little late than other banks.

On July 31, I went to the branch on Street Road in Bensalem. I walked in a nice woman said hello, let me know someone would help me shortly and offered me a drink. I was nervous because I have only been to the bank once when I opened my account. I usually go online, but I needed help that day. Ms. Liz was the next person available. She was nice and helpful making me less nervous. I realized I had a check in my purse while in her office. I was embarrassed to admit my dad makes my deposits for me. Ms. Liz actually walked me through the deposit process. She told me how I can earn money by referring friends and family. As we conversing I learned she was the manager. If she wasn't so relatable and friendly I probably would have felt intimidated. I'm becoming more independent as I approach my senior year in high school. This experience will most likely stick with me for a long time and Ms. Liz didn't treat me any different than someone who has been coming there for years. I'm writing this letter because I feel like I was treated with the utmost respect and provided with great service. Sincerely, Kennedy Moody
