They were great at putting us in our dream home. Right on time. Fast and professional.

Good side: My broker had access to a program that allowed me to get a mortgage where several other brokers said it couldn't be done. Down side: She was too busy to be responsive to my needs. After I lost out on my second home because she didn't get back to me fast enough, I called the brokerage for guidance. The manager cajoled me into giving up her name, even though I didn't want to get her in trouble (again, at the time she was the only one who said it could get done) because he said his many years of experience allowed him to navigate egos with ease. He'd look into my file and get back to me. Guess what? He never called me back! So, tail between my legs I went back to the broker and I discovered that he never said anything to her. When I brought up my conversation with the manager, she terminated my application. So...good people, I guess. Just don't p!ss them off.

Best Mortgage Company I have ever worked with! I could not have had a better experience. The Branch Manager is amazing, and Savannah Moroz is wonderful she was so communicative and helpful every step of the way. I will definitely recommend.

Cannot explain how difficult to deal with and how bad the professionalism and lack of urgency was. If you want to get ripped off and lied to, do business here. Had to stop the process with them and completed my new home purchase in two weeks with another lender. Three months of headaches no one with Swan will step up and even find out why they lost business or try to fix things. They do not care, stay away from at all costs!

I bought my first house through Preston at Swan. I was worried the process would be overwhelming and stressful. He approved me right away and I closed less than 30 days later. He also helped me find the best insurance policy that made my payment less than what I had been paying in rent. He was patient and detailed. He was always available for my questions. I love my new home!!!
