Made selling our house way more stressful than it needed to be. Tried to email them 5 business day previous, nothing, 4 days, nothing. 3 days our realtor had to go IN PERSON to get them to call us. We scheduled to close remote on Friday, then last minute we needed to change to be in town for 2 PM. They said they could not help us, it was a holiday weekend, so they left at 12PM. Then said they could help us, only to have that person ghost us, and left us without any way to close. Luckily we personally knew a notary and the realtors were witnesses. It then took until 4PM the next business day (4 days later - so was in limbo this whole time) to get our funds. They then sent out paperwork with a lackluster email in all lower case. We have bought and sold several houses and NEVER had a title company this bad! There are many choices in the Keys, stay away from this one!
