Melissa Fanelli, Julie Larazza and their team over at Stewart Title in Scottsdale, AZ are the absolute best. I am a real estate agent in Arizona, and after doing some deals with other title company's I can say with confidence that the service Stewart offers to my clients and the way they are taken care of is 100 x better than any other Title and Escrow company I have worked with. They keep in constant communication, they deal with any unforseen issues right away, they are available always if I need them and their fee's are probably the most reasonable I have seen.
