Called and the person answered the phone said they have no idea if Kay would even see the email the day I sent it or not. Very surprised. Needless to say I used another company

Beware, sold a home on Wednesday, still have yet to receive funds as of Saturday morning, people in the office don't know how to complete a wire transfer...when shown thier error they have refused to pay. Either very incompetent or fraudulent m. Beware
