If you're looking for a pawnshop that has great customer service as well as great products for good prices - this is the place to go! The ladies in there are amazing and their stuff is of all styles! My boyfriend ended up getting me a Texas shape necklace here that he just gave me for Valentines and a new country style pillow and I absolutely love it. We have gone here a couple times and would highly recommend to all my family and friends. 🤗

This Pawn shop is well organized and has very friendly employees, they make you feel at home with their warm friendly family oriented feel. They are honest in what they sell. They have a wide variety of tools, instruments and even have nice purses. You can find gifts for your loved ones as well as needing a loan. Love this store.

Star Pawn in Joshua has the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They give fair pawn prices, and they don't try to get rich off of anyone. A true hard working bunch of folks there that take care of other hard working folks. Plus an awesome inventory. You never know what you might find there. I live on the east side of Cleburne, but it's worth the drive to visit.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service or shall I sack LACK OF! Asked to see some fishing lures, the 2 ladies working had no idea how much they were asking for them. Acting as if we were bothering her, she came over, counted them, then made us an offer. My husband counter offered and she said no, put them away and walked off. DID NOT even try to negotiate with us. She had no clue what she was doing and was trying to sell them to us at retail prices (not an extremely used price). We know how much they are worth as we buy slabs all the time for fishing. We were not acknowledged again and did not even get a thank you for coming in, have a nice day or anything as we walked out. Very unprofessional! The only reason it's getting one star from me, is for the organization and cleanliness of the store. Please teach your employees some negotiation skills and have some common courtesy towards others. Monica Hardy

Star Pawn is Fantastic! I am always amazed at the inventory and good deals they have. Hard to find stuff, tools, TV’s, jewelry, guns and ammo (yes they even have those during this buying frenzy).They are one of the only places that has small accessory items that I can buy new so I don’t have to go into the big box store. Ester, Pam, Tonya, and Marea all always helpful! By far the best Pawn Shop around!!

What a cute shop. Did a lot of my Christmas shopping here. Did not expect such an inventory of nifty household goods and gift ideas. Plus, saved enough to give a few little extras. A+. I will remember Star Pawn!

Fabulously interesting place to visit and browse. I don’t know how the ladies manage to stay informed about such a variety of items. I spent an hour just looking around and asking questions. I sure they were glad when I finally bought a couple of things. Still don’t think I saw everything, I will be back. Thank you, girls for an interesting and profitable morning.
